Emperor HsuangTung was the last Emperor of China. He ruled from 1909 to 1911. The set of 3 stamps that commemorated his inauguration was also the second set of commemorative stamps issued under Imperial China. His later defection to Manchukuo and his second inauguration as Emperor of Manchukuo by the Japanese also issued his stamps under the puppet regime of Manchukuo. |
